Andrew has been based in Macau since 2009, having spent the previous five years in Hong Kong. He is widely regarded as one of the most knowledgeable and well-connected figures in Macau’s gaming and hospitality sectors. His network spans senior leadership across all six concessionaires and key government stakeholders, built over more than three decades in the Macau and Asia-Pacific gaming industry.

As a journalist and publisher, Andrew combines deep sector expertise with a practical understanding of how business is actually done in Macau. His perspective is grounded in day-to-day engagement with the operators, regulators and counterparties who shape the market.

He is CEO of O MEDIA (omedia.mo), New Macau (new-mac.com) and Inside Asian Gaming (asgam.com), leading industry-facing media platforms that engage directly with decision-makers in Macau. Through these roles, he maintains a clear vantage point on market developments, operator strategy and the evolving direction of Macau’s non-gaming diversification.

An accountant by profession, he also brings a strong commercial and financial perspective to evaluating opportunities and execution pathways in the market.

Andrew was named Macau Person of the Year in 2014 and is a former Vice Chairman of the Australian Chamber of Commerce in Macau.

Scott has been based in Macau since 2008, bringing more than three decades of international leadership experience in marketing, brand management, communications and operations. His background spans senior roles across marketing, advertising and integrated resorts in New York, Las Vegas, Singapore and Macau, providing him with a broad, cross-market perspective on how businesses operate in complex and highly regulated environments.

Scott has spent over 20 years working directly within Macau’s gaming, hospitality and entertainment sectors. He has collaborated with a wide range of local and international partners, including entertainment providers and key industry vendors, giving him a detailed understanding of the operational realities of the market.

His experience covers brand positioning, customer engagement, event development and execution, as well as the practical challenges of operating on the ground.

As Chief of Staff at Complete Media Group, parent company of O MEDIA, New Macau and Inside Asian Gaming, Scott works closely with all six Macau integrated resort operators, giving him a clear understanding of how strategy translates into execution within Macau’s operating environment.

Marcel R. Fenez

Marcel has more than 25 years’ experience advising boards and senior management across the entertainment, media, technology and lifestyle sectors on business strategy, market entry and operational effectiveness.

Based in Hong Kong since 1987, he brings an extensive and long standing business network as well as a region-wide perspective on how businesses expand and operate across Asia Pacific. He combines structured, analytical thinking with a practical understanding of how strategy translates into execution.

He previously served as Global Leader of PwC’s Entertainment & Media Practice, where he worked with leading international companies on growth strategy, transformation and new market entry, including in highly regulated and complex environments. He was Chairman of the Asia Video Industry Association for 14 years and is an experienced INED and advisor to both established and emerging businesses in the media, lifestyle and tech sectors. Through these roles, he has developed a strong track record of guiding senior executives through strategic decision making at both board and operational levels.

In 2010, he was acknowledged by Campaign UK in the Global Power List of executives “who shape the worlds of advertising, media and marketing across the globe.” In 2016, he was named in Campaign Asia’s ‘A List’ of the 100 most influential executives in the media industry in Asia. In 2015, he was included in Debretts listing of the 100 most influential people in Hong Kong.
